Wall-E 3rd Best Pixar Opening
I had to look in a number of places to get a common consensus, but here's how the opening weekends rank for our beloved Pixar feature films:

I Watched Wall-E Tonight!
It's official - I've experienced Wall-E the movie. My 5-year-old son, my wife, my mom, and myself viewed the 7pm showing at Edwards 21 Theaters here in Boise, Idaho. As seen in the photo my son and I wore matching shirts that had a picture of Wall-E on the front. I'm not good with words, but oh what a movie! Pixar has done it again. The story was incredible as was everything visual. I could see the craftsmanship so carefully worked into the story. Everything about the characters was so poignant and so penetrating. Wall-E is the most likable character in history. This movie is not to be compared to any other 3D animated film out right now. There's nothing like this movie. It's Pixar at their finest. Kudos to all those that made this film. Go see Wall-E!

Pixar's "Easter Eggs"
You may have heard or seen for yourself some "easter eggs" that Pixar puts through out their movies. I mean when you see a character or object from an earlier film pop up somewhere in a new film. Or sometimes you'll see a character or object of a film that they haven't released yet. Here's a hefty list of "easter eggs".
Custom Wall-E/Pixar Tees
My 5-year-old son and I made matching t-shirts to wear when we see Wall-E this Friday. I'm posting the three that I made for myself. This is really dorky, but I'm going to wear them this Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They all have the same back - the pixarology.com logo.
How we made the shirts: Regular 100% cotton white t-shirts, Avery "Stretchable" Fabric Transfers printed on our home computer using high-resolution graphics (there are a few fairly large Wall-E graphics online). These will probably wear out pretty fast but they were cheap to make.

Wall-E On the Mind
I've never seen so much of and about a movie before seeing the whole thing than I have with Wall-E. I'm not sick of any of it. I can't wait to see this movie. I'm getting the impression that this movie is more sci-fi then the average Joe realizes. The backgrounds, sounds and music really mimic a high-quality science-fiction film. What all sci-fi movies lack, however, is a character as likable as Wall-E and I dare say as good a story as Pixar can pull off.

Meet more of the Wall-E robots...
Here's a promo video that introduces some of the other robots that the fictional company, Buy N' Large, in Wall-E created.
